It's a great idea, and something we should certainly look to do, I would like a range of AFC merchandise which could be available

I'm not sure how much shirt sponsorship would be at that level but what a great message of support to the community (and an up yours message to others) if AirWair Int. were the first to sponsor the club and enabled the team to run on to their first game with Dr Martens on their shirts!

Another thought - how about we sell the first shirt sponsorship along the lines of the ballot that was done on here for the RDFC shirt sponsorship? However, in this case rather than just a web forum initiative we extend it to the real world and combine all the names of the individual sponsors into the shirt logo design. That way the very first shirt will have the names of those that were there at the start and will be there for posterity - to be later often resurrected, a little like those early Pittards shirts for RDFC.

The other thing that we must have and must utitlise to make money is our new offy website. Any webmasters out there? We must have ads on it, we must use those ads to buy things to earn money. Maybe an amazon-type shop to buy our kit online?

On the subject of fundraising ideas, the fans team will still be continuing to play friendlies. Theres one or two lined up in August :)

I'm sure I read somewhere that Burge would be willing to help us out, and possibly Paul Hall.

I'm sure if Duane Darby was approached he would be more than happy to help us out.
