You'll have seen on here that there is a lot of interest in getting highlights shortly after each game, and if they aren't available quickly then not everyone is that patient - and are likely to be even less patient if they are paying for Diamonds Player in order to view the content.
Exactly, it'll take a few hours after every home game to be done and if whoever does it are unable to, forget to or just can't be bothered to do it one week, there'll be unhappy subscribers. Does anyone know how to edit highlights then, just looking at how to do it now, as I'd also be happy to edit highlights after every game.
One other thing to check for those getting involved is that you have a good ISP who has a decent upload speed for when you are publishing the content.

D you have the software to trim the game into a highlights package?
Have edited plenty of videos together using just windows movie maker. It's a simple program but it does the job. Doesn't give you all the fancy transitions, borders etc. that the likes of Sony Vegas do, but it still does it.

You could always try contacting TVMOBiLi. They've done a good job with K*ttering and Ebbsfleet and the matches stream through to your TV which is how I watch them.

The point on that link about the Stevenage highlights it also worth noting. Although two versions of the highlights have been available elsewhere, these are far more detailed (over 8 minutes), with full coverage of incidents such as the "back-pass" to Dale Roberts (I still think it was harsh to call it a back-pass when it just flicked off Simon Downer), and the Roberts saves, as well as goal celebrations and the post match flare up between the two benches (which I hadn't realised was quite as intense as that).

If we do get to the playoffs and have to face Stevenage we'll have to keep an eye on the two benches.

If the Gateshead highlights are as detailed we are in for a treat !
