For the record, whoever told you that 50 people have made the switch has been lied to. To be fair, that figure might actually be correct if you include those that haven't picked up their free/knockdown season tickets but then again you'd never know the actual figure for that.

Maybe some will go to sixfields this season but it'll only be for a season as I guess the free ST and free bus service will only be for a year as well, most will come back when they have their new club back in the local area.

And UCL or not, AFC R&D will of course have a very reasonable chance of success (another reason why those ex diamonds will return) and many fans are evidently excited and feeling positive about it all, its a fantastic opportunity for the fans as shown by other fan owned clubs with no chance of pissed about again by businessmen who don't give a shit for the club. Obviously brainless, gloating morons like yourself will laugh at this but just remember if it had been the cobblers going out of business, you'd have been doing exactly the same reforming a club in the park leagues. You can gloat as much as you like but the ups and downs of RDFC of the last 20 years and the ups and downs of AFC R&D to come have been and will be far more interesting and exciting than the last 20 years or the upcoming years of cobblers sitting in boring league 2 obscurity and you know that.

Sara is right, i'm very rarely serious, actually take a genuine interest in local football. Be boring if it was a nice and lovey dovey all the while though.

As for the phoenix club, i can't see anything but failure for it, however i seriously hope that isn't the case and you can get it stable at some level of football. Plus you have to at least try so it is good to see.
