RDFC - Eddie Denny Fair Play Award

Does anyone know who won this award last at RDFC?

Eddie is the grandfather of a friend of mine and now the club has gone to the shit, his grandmother (Eddie's wife) would like the trophy back.

The last winner that I could find after some brief research was Andy Burgess in 2004. Personally I can't say I remember this award.

I would appreciate any information anyone would have. Would the trophy be 'liquidated' or whatever so there would be no way of getting it back?

One wonders why it wasn't awarded again after that.

It was possibly that season then and not 2004.

With respect to Eddie Denny, is this award just rewarding someone for playing like a nancy for the entire season? No surprise to see Burge win it, he was never one for a challenge. ;)

Out of interest, who is Eddie Denny? And why is he fair?
