I think i read somewhere that the F.A are consulting teams in steps 5 and below about restructuring again and another League being added so all teams may be reshuffled anyway.

I read somewhere that the FA are considering ABOLISHING 2 Step5 leagues, probably 1 in the south-east (merger of Kent/Sussex or Kent/Essex) and 1 other maybe the UCL 
(which has the smallest population footprint of all 14). This would make some sense as there are only 12 promotion places available, but would be bitterly opposed by the leagues affected, the clubs effectively relegated as a result (about 40 across England), and in fact the rest of Step5 which would face more travelling as a result.
