Two big tests......

Post by Pigman »

.......coming up with two tough away games - Kempston Rovers next week and Northampton ON Chenecks on the 26th, both look as though they will be massive tests for our boys as both are shaping up to be well in the running this year. We need as many people as possible to travel and support the lads, so spread the word and lets see a good turnout eh? I'm particularly looking forward to next week - a home game for me :D

We rode our luck at times tonight against Woodford, but thats 3 clean sheets on the trot now - a massive bonus; I believe we're the only club in the league to be in that position (apart from Northampton Spencer who haven't played as yet).

The next two games will really show us if we're potential challengers - I can't wait !

I haven't enjoyed a 0-0 draw so much in ages!

All we can ask is the players give everything, and they certainly did last night against a very good side indeed.

Looking forward to our away matches too.

Northampton Spencer played, and lost 7-2... not sure who it was against though.

They lost to Cogenhoe.

Also noticed that Northampton ON Chenecks beat Olney Town 8 -1 with hattricks from both Ollie Matthews and Ben Diamond :D
