Yeh I had trouble with the sound on the interview as well. The highlights are great but is there any chance of zooming in a bit?

Whilst the equipment we have allows zooming in to film, keeping up with the action with a camcorder on a tripod is more difficult than you might think. Most of the volunteers that do the filming are not familiar with the equipment and find that concentrating on a small camcorder screen for 15 minutes is difficult enough when panned out (I know I do!). We are also limited by the height we can film from.

Of course, we welcome volunteers who are more experienced with filming who are able to follow the action whilst zoomed in - get in touch via PM!

I like listening to Mark's views and its great to hear that first and foremost he has the player's development at heart - thats what we as fans sometimes forget, U18s football is all about development, growing, learning and improving as a player. If ever we needed confirmation we have the right man at the helm its proven firstly in the way the boys handle themselves on the field, especially yesterday at St Neots where they never gave up, and in the words of Mark's interview.

Whilst its great to be at the top of the table at the moment, we're up against some sides who are older, bigger and been together longer in many cases, so to stay there will be a massive challenge - but I reckon the development of the players is a done deal and we'll have a nice few from the current crop ready to drop into our Senior squad next season.

AFCRDTV is great, what we need is an attractive blonde to do introductions etc, just a bit of eye candy..........am I being sexist? ;)

oi what you saying piggers!!!!........that i need to buy wig!

although thats a great point, we were discussing it yesterday and would love to have a number of us asking questions say like a different interviewer after each match, so if anyone fancies it do let us know you'd be most welcome. Of course if you are female and blonde then you'll get a double vote from pigman!!!
