The Trust - Important

One of the issues last night which should be noted is that the Trust cannot pass on the funds to the Club at present until over 75% of members have returned the voting papers sent out.

I think some people got confused because they put up their hands at the Trust meeting they did not have to return the voting form, however a show of hands is not valid so if any Trust member still have the voting form please return it as soon as possible.

If the voting papers are not returned then the funds will sit with the Trust until the summer as they can only resolve the matter when current Trust membership expires.
