Re: Desperate measures.....
Apparently it is normal in non-league circles to add the total of season ticket holders to the pay on the gate numbers. However, this was discussed a few months back in relation to NP and because of the computerised system RDFC used to only declare the actual number of spectators present. Perhaps KTFC are not doing this.

Paul Knowles was owed money by Ladick and withdrew his services in November. The pitch is currently being looked after by the Cogenhoe groundsman.BartonRaz wrote:
Didn't the groundsman walk out earlier this season or was that just a rumour?

I have to say I think we held all the opinions of Sadact they've suddenly come to have years ago.

Re: Desperate measures.....
Massive game for them tomorrow - if Hayes beat them then they are as good as down I reckon, unless they can pull some Championship/Play Off form from somewhere.
Lose and if Alfreton/Telford draw/win then they could be a minimum of 8 points adrift (9 if you count their inferior goal difference), with just 30 points to play for.
I wonder how many will pack into NP next season in the BSN?

Meetings are being held in the Diamonds centre with electric heaters, as the central heating is off.

Oh dear, it would appear that Weymouth have discovered a debt of £40k in the last few days after good ole George left the club 'debt free'.

And the Plopps are being reported for illegally approaching 3 Weymouth players! What a great start to Sausage Rolls' reign - and he hasn't even legally taken over yet! :lol:Trek wrote:Oh dear, it would appear that Weymouth have discovered a debt of £40k in the last few days after good ole George left the club 'debt free'.

Everything points to this guy being an out and out crook who will do anything to look after number 1. There really can be only one possible outcome for Kettrin in all of this, I'm sure they'll get a short-term bounce and things will undoubtedly feel positive following Ladaks departure. But ultimately it seems that Rolls will lie, cook the books, set others up as patsy's and use the entire venture for his own nefarious ends.Trek wrote:Oh dear, it would appear that Weymouth have discovered a debt of £40k in the last few days after good ole George left the club 'debt free'.

It all serves to make me more certain than ever that fan ownership has to be the correct course to be steering. Whatever level we find ourselves at, it will be sustainable and free from the stresses of dodgy characters exploiting fans with an emotional attachment to s football club.
