Yea, let bygones be bygones. Be a great oppotunity and may get some media coverageCotty wrote:it's not about the past, it's the present and the future. Go for it -oldest club v newest or something of the like. I know Curtis said some things he now probably regrets when deciding to pursue his boxing dream, but he has also wished AFCR&D well, so lets see if he and his new club are ready for the challenge.

Re: Sheffield FC - Curtis Woodhouse
To be fair to him, it wasn't the fans that Curtis had ructions with, it was the management and ownership of the OLD club.
The fans of the new club are all that's left of the old one, and he has no argument with us... let's take advantage of the uniqueness of the opportunity, and try and arrange a PSF to make as much money as possible, and raise our profile as high as possible too by having a "oldest v newest" game.
We won't be able to do it next year, authentically anyway!

Let's just say that Dave pointed out to Woodhouse his lack of effort in that appalling defeat in the FA Cup. ;)Red Dragon wrote:Fair play, I wasn't - remind me what happened, Dave?
