I assume that the ruling on the bottom link has since been changed, hence we can only apply for step 5 ? Considering where we're at, I don't think the SPL is beyond us right now. In fact it could be detrimental to us to spend too long at a lower level, support might drop off so the FA "could" be harming clubs that have been through a situation like ours.
