Weve all said on here the facilities need utilising- the club are tyring .
Everything else just pales - this is the single reason why the club will hit the wall. At the tale end of last season the vocal old guard pissed off everyone and anyone they could on Poppycock. Next to no one posts there now because no one trusts Ladak, Rolls or likes the arrogance of the few remaining. The support is so fractured they'll never replace the volunteers let alone all of the absent ST sales.UttoDiamond wrote: But he added: "We do need the supporters to rally round. We've sold one season ticket in the last six weeks."
I disagree, I think 75% will be achieved without any problems (of course I'm hoping that isn't the case ;) ). Rolls is a sly figure and he won't have done the CVA if there was any chance of it failing IMO. I really hope I'm wrong!Formic wrote:I just sense that the original "we'll get the CVA passed on the nod as we have over 75% under control" has fizzled away.
Not if HMRC feel they have been hoodwinked, as Formic pointed out earlier, and apply to the Courts to block the CVA as happened in the Chester City situation.Sara Pascoe wrote:

WTF does that even mean? Proposal says part-time but LOLs says full-time! Surely if you were going to spend £20k a month (and that figure will be nowhere near what's actually spent) surely it would be better to get the best part-time players, rather than scrabble around for the worst full-time players willing to drop down to Step 3 of the non-league system? The proposal states the club will switch to part-time football next season, "with the consequent saving in players and back room staff wages," although Rolls maintains that their intention remains to stay a full-time club.
