I'm puzzled by this. Aren't K*ttering Town Management Ltd protected by the CVA agreement?

Could it be challenged by HMRC in a winding-up petition? :?

On Twitter Jon Dunham is trying to get clarification on this.

Now, I'm utterly clueless here, so this isn't a comment on what is happening but amateur guesswork...

The CVA agrees to pay creditors x pence in the pound? If Rolls is no longer allowed anywhere near the club, and he sorted the CVA, could it all fall apart?

This would mean no-one gets paid because the people who were going to pay are not now involved? Hence winding up petitions?

He didn't sign the CVA though, Gary Graham did. If Rolls had done, it would have meant that he was directly involved in two insolvency events (Weymouth and K*ttering) and so wouldn't pass the F&PPT.

Everyweeker, that is a good theory, particularly as the list was released this afternoon. Would have given someone time to launch the winding-up petition.

Do we know who actually signed the CVA?

But Rolls hasn't officially sorted anything with regards to the CVA since the documents were signed by Gary Graham and K*ttering Town FC Management Ltd's directors are Ladek and Graham.
