OK, I have a new theory, just for fun ;)

Rolls fudged the CVA with a load of his own loans, to ensure that he was able to get 75% of total debt (or whatever the rule was) and allow the CVA to pass.

Now that he is banned from football for five years, he doesn't want to hang around. So he is trying to bring his own CVA down to leave them to rot :o

They never stop providing humour do they ;)

Confirmed by Jon Dunham on twitter that it is a PETITION that's due to be heard on Monday. Perhaps it is HMRC after all?

Must be. Probably triggered by Rolls' verdict at The FA today. They're in six feet of shit with no escape route. Sinking quicker than the Titanic.

Mr Rolls states

"My involvement as club Chairman will have to cease with immediate effect for the next 5 years"

Reading that line makes me think he will still be lingering on somewhere in the background though.
