I noticed these have to be collected on the way into each game at the turnstiles. Is there any facility for people to collect them post-match if they are unable to attend the match for whatever reason?

I think the plan was to put aside a batch of "paid" for programmes, that gate would give out, and any not used would be kept to one side, for later redemption (probably from the Club Shop). This ensures that all paid for programmes are reserved, so we don't sell out of a batch and not include people that had already paid up front. Chas will no doubt confirm shortly.

In all honesty it wasn't something I'd thought about until someone else asked the same thing. Now the renewals etc has calmed down to a large extent, I'll be turning my attention to the matchday swipe system to get it from the demo to a finished system and I'll look to build in some kind of functionality for this. Off the top of my head though it'll likely just be an export list of some sort that they'll be able to check against in the shop.

On that basis I'll buy a season ticket rather than pay on the day. Also guessing it helps with printing if you know exactly how many you definitely need.
