Reading through the match threads it seems each one is broken down into:
Pre-match talk and banter
Post match talk and banter
And then we have bits of the threads where issues are raised, such as behaviour, the incident yesterday with the away fan doing a moonie, and subsequent bottle raised.
Just wondered if it would be worth having a separate thread for issues relating to the match itself or indeed generally, as some posters don’t seem to happy that the thread can often be taken away from the match report/banter?
Just a thought..... all comments/criticism welcome ;)

You make a good point, Stamboy, but IMHO it doesn't matter whether post match discussions on a particular issue are wrapped up in the match thread. It's the way it's always been on this forum, a debate starts and then we move on to thinking about the next match. Occasionally someone starts a new thread, but there isn't any set protocol.

Indeed - I think the only bit of "thread discipline" we've ever needed on here was regarding posts about the Nene Park Pirates - and that's resulted in a thread that's now 371 pages long.
