it was straight after the goal so couldn't really cut it out, the player has sort of apologised on twitter and said he should have been sent!

That was a shocker and a straight red !! 'm sure the UCL will look at that and take retrospective action ................. :lol:

Anyway, great to finally be able to see all the goals, fantastic coverage as always, thanks guys, I missed 6 of the goals whilst on other duties so I'm particularly grateful !! :D

Also, delighted for Dev, he's worked so hard these past few weeks but it just hasn't happened for him, great to see him score at last, I'm sure it'll be followed by many more :D

Don't think the UCL can take action can they as the ref has already deemed it a yellow card.

I think the FA would if it was a Premiership game, notwithstanding the yellow card, issued by the ref. If the officials saw it fully, which I very much doubt, then how could the ref deem an above the waist kick in an off the ball incident is worthy of any thing less than a straight red? Beggar's belief! :evil:
