Re: Desperate measures.....
From the next post on that poppynet thread:
"I can confirm that i am no longer the club secretary,4 weeks ago i informed our great leader that i was resigning as director and secretary,(companies house have been informed) as i could not work with him(not that he ever replied to my emails or calls) i told him to let me know who was taking over(again no reply) so i continued to do this role as i could not let K*ttering town football club down. i found out today from the southern league that they had been informed that i was no longer the club secretary, and that helen thompson was taking over. i will be there saturday to continue to support the club as a supporter, if we have a team."

Re: Desperate measures.....
Well Sadact payed the Rent, so maybe KC has sent his right hand Gal to administer things again.
I think it is highly commendable that Sadact has stuck his hands in his pocket and paid his debts to KC, i mean can't have poor KC suffering i mean the players and other creditors are loaded so don't need the money  .
With the apparent news that the phones have been cut we will see if the other rumours about the power being shut off on the 2nd is true or not.

According to the Leamington FC Secretary on Twitter, the Poppies tried to postpone their game at Leamington on Tuesday, October 9th.
Very much a club in deep deep shit :lol:Richard Edy @RichEdyLFC
@JonDunhamNT no wonder they tried to postpone our match on the 9th!

Correct. Unreal seems like if its football its ok.ferrers wrote:A few more players have also left,so things will be tight, they may scape ateam together for sat then they play northampton spencer on tues night or replay in the Trophy ,if they can get a team!!
The way IL or who ever is in charge should be bought to account for leaving people with debts which they do not intend paying back! They are in a cva but they are trading as an insolvent business as they cannot pay anyone for their services !Any other business would now be bankrupt!

Re: Desperate measures.....
That's because of the people running them not the actual football clubs. KTFC have been rocking out of control for 12 months or more now, but really lost their club once it moved to NP. We saw what was happening early at our club, and that's when we voted to put the club into admin (ok it was already decided by KC, but we turned up and ratified it for him), then went about saving our football club by setting up anew. Good luck to KFC, you've made the right choice by taking that route. Results are not important, building solid foundations are.paulk wrote: Correct. Unreal seems like if its football its ok.

Doubt you'll be able to bet on anymore K*ttering games now. I don't think any bookmaker offers odds on FAT Qualifying and by the time their next league games comes around the bookies will have wised up (or they won't fulfil the fixtures). The Weymouth 9-0 really made them jumpy when it comes to non-league football.
R.I.P Dale. We will never forget you.

Yeh good post. I think ladak coming out woodwork again was it for me. I took fans club route. All the things that trouble me about football and football clubs stem from the person(s) that run it. So therefore fans club= in your own hands and im more than happy to get of my arse and pitch in do good work with like minded people. Hard work but worth it no doubt.Three of Diamonds wrote:That's because of the people running them not the actual football clubs.
