I know this is only a bit of fun from someone who obviously has too much time on their hands, but it's nice to see this projection of what might be the league lineups for next season based on current league standings:
Not sure the plops will survive long enough to be in the Southern Central though

Actually therein lays a question to which I'm still unsure the answer to, how many teams get promoted from our division, and is it all about top finishers or are play-offs involved?

The top 2 are definites although the team finishing 3rd may have a chance depending on league restructuring etc. There are no play offs involved at all.ChorltonV wrote:Actually therein lays a question to which I'm still unsure the answer to, how many teams get promoted from our division, and is it all about top finishers or are play-offs involved?

The league handbook sayes top 2 promoted, third place may be promoted if one of those fails on ground grading. Definately no play offs. However last summer Harborough and Huntingdon were promoted, then 3rd placed Bugbrooke were also offered a place in the Premier (which they turned down), so the rules are obviously a bit flexible.

So top two are definates and 3rd place a distinct possibility. I like those odds.
