Hello everyone;I thought i Would do you all a wee note to fill you all in on what we've been up to ---In the last months-- we've had a great night at the dogs-collected rags and had a beetle drive not to mention the ongoing GRAND DRAW--We have a few things in the next couple of monthsI.E. THE LADIES AFTERNOON-THE HORSE RACING NIGHT-AND THE CHRISTMAS PARTY-Not arrange yet but we are hoping for a comedy night and a golf day. On the 25th jan we are having a Burns night So thats whats on the books at the monent
I hate to go on but we realy need help at so many levels-Firstly help on match days--loads of people say they would love to help but can't commit themselves everyweek-thats not a problem no one can.Perhaps a couple of days before the match give some of us a ring and we'll soon find you a job that will suit your skill set.If like me you don't have a skill set thats not a problem either as most of the jobs don't need one.Another way is to (i hate to say it )but buy the raffle tickets-over the year i think that is our biggest money spinner.---Please try and come to some of the events-i try and vary them;however if you have a good idea for one PLEASE let me know -i understand it dosen't come easily for some people but sow the seed i will be more than happy to help--The rag man -in all three people made £27.55 we have in excess of 500 members if everyone had a bag you do the sums--The race night -Please try and come but if you cant make it try and sell a race or maybe a couple of horses The tickets are on sale now for the race night O.K.that takes us to the Christmas party/We had a real laugh last year --Guys i promise no knobbly knees this time! By the way we need some music for the party maybe that is were your talents are.If you can't make it to the party we need prizes and stuff for the hampers etc for exmple if your shopping and a BOGOF offer appies let us have the free one no matter what it is as we are planning on 3 hampers -1 food 1 drink 1(EVEN POP)and 1 bathroom stuff So come on each and everyone of you "your club need you"However what we need you to do most of all is your continued support for this we thank you Regards joan x

Joan you've given me an idea on how to make loads of money for the club, it predominately involves beer. I'll catch you at a game though to discuss it with you!
