Losing 1-0 at HT. Only one trialist starting according to Twitter.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Made a last minute decision go, and I though it was a fairly decent game.
It wasn't a typical friendly, competitive throughout. It's the second time I've seen Lutterworth and I still maintain they're the best passing team we've come up against. They way they try to keep the ball is a pleasure to see and certainly not typical of this standard, so hats off to them for that.
First half we seemed to struggle to get a foot hold in the game, but the second half was much improved and should have won it in end but they're keeper was superb.
Ben Roche had a good game, as did Alex McDonald. It's the first time I'd seen Jake Renoylds play and he really impressed me, great strength and his work rate is second to none, so pleasing to see your strikers closing down and putting in tackles like he does, sort of player you wouldn't want to play against! Pete done alright as well.
The trialist was Anish Khinda, he's had spells at bedford town and K*ttering's academy, but he's been in India for the last few months which to be fair to him was probably why he loooked off the pace. I've played with some great players in my time like McKay (Inverness CT) Holman (Braintree) Dom Langdon, josh green at brackely, Alfie but Anish was probably the most talented of the lot, just for one reason or another didn't push on to greater things.

A true outlaw finds the balance between the passion in his heart and the reason in his mind. The outcome is the balance of might and right.

See Lutterworth beat our next Vase opponants Basford United 3-1 yesterday. Bit of a surprise I would think given their respective league positions.
