Is there much player movement at that level?

Clubs will quite often waive the 7 day's notice period even at UCL level, depending on the player and their status within the team. I think we have for all of the players who've departed this season.

Quite a bit actually. Mostly between ourselves and Higham.
Luckily, we are still signing probably 6/7 new players per month across all our teams . These are lads that are not currently signed to anyone else, either coming back to the game or wanting to give it a try for the first time. We never turn anyone away. All Good :D

Kids will move for four reasons

1 - They aren't playing
2 - Their mates are playing somewhere else
3 - Their dad thinks they are too good for the club they are at
4 - Their dad falls out with the coach
