Re: [ Sat 22nd Dec ] v Bugbrooke St Michaels KO 3:00pm AWAY
How has the weather been up there? Been raining for that last 200 days I think down here - looking good for Saturday or borderline if more rain cometh?

It hasn't been too bad for the past couple of days, although some rain is expected tomorrow. As people will see in the preview, Bugbrooke have access to car parking at the village community centre, which looks like it is hard standing, as I'm not sure parking in a field would be too good at the moment.

A little birdy has told me the match report and photos will feature in the Non League Paper on Sunday if the match goes ahead

Bugbrooke/Kislingbury and surrounding villages suffered terribly when it flooded a month or so back. Not sure where the ground is exactly but let's hope it's not underwater.

I am in Nottingham on Friday, so will be gutted if it is off.
But if it is off, hopefully early enough that I can retreat to Devon (or perhaps Cornwall in this case) in time for:
Throgmorton Cup Third Round - Camelford v Stoke Gabriel
What a weekend ahead either way ;)

If i remember rightly from last season i think the pitch sits quite high at the end of the village

Interesting ground hopper blog from a match at Bugbrooke earlier in the season.
