Massive game for us !! No pressure lads, but we need to win this one, a truly "must not lose" game if ever there was one !! I can't wait !!

Simple fact is, if we win all our remaining games we go up as Champions..........now there's a thought ;)

Today was the first of 24 games to make that happen - just 23 games/wins to go !! :D

I still think that there will be twists and turns this season, none of our rivals have had a blip yet 8-) 8-)

You could say Oadby had a slight blip in October, only winning 1 out of 4 games and drawing at home to Bourne and losing to Harrowby, but other than that, our rivals have indeed been largely been consistent and I just hope results like Wootton or BPW aren't costly at the end of the season, as Sileby in particular have only dropped points to Eynesbury and Oadby so far, its not like for instance in the championship where you can afford to lose several games before christmas and still be in a promotion spot.

Did I read somewhere that their leading goalscorer is suspended for this game ? I have trawled the FA & mitoo sites, but can't find a definitive list.

You also need to look on County FA sites at our level, where they have their own lists of suspensions.

However, the Leicestershire one doesn't seem to show Jake Duffy's suspension - I am assuming he'll be suspended based on their preview for their most recently postponed game - http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/oadbytown ... 07090.html

Thanks Formic, I did trawl the Northants FA site but forgot they're in Leics ! LOL
That seems a reasonable assumption to make that Duffy will be suspended.

It will be interesting to see the size of the home support. They always get more when Leicester City aren't at home. However, this Saturday the Foxes face the mighty Burton Albion in the FA Cup at the Kingpower Stadium but maybe AFC Rushden & Diamonds will proove to be a greater attraction. ;)

Should be a belter of a game for me this one.

Two very good sides who like to play football.

Going to be interesting to see who come out on top come 4-50pm saturday.

Good luck guys.
