The answer for this one was Brian McDermott - Slough Town and Woking - about 5 people got this one.
Several people suggested Alan Pardew, but he took charge of the Hammers shortly after the league cup game - Glenn Roeder was still in charge at that point.
Others suggested Paul Lambert, but he joined Wycombe two months after our last game against them - they had caretaker managers for that game after John Gorman left. Lambert was in charge at Colchester when they visited Nene Park in a friendly, but that didn't count.
