I think we are in a great position to achive promotion, with a really strong looking squad to cope with the number of games to be played. Having said that we can't really afford to slip up in games like this, and need the "12th man" to turn out in force. This should be really easy for most to get to with the 50 bus (starting from Bedford) and 49 from Rushden stopping right outside the ground. There is a smallish car park at the ground, but plenty of street parking and 2 or 3 free car parks in the centre of Burton about 10 minutes walk away. One of these is opposite the Olde Victoria pub where, according to Tony Jones book, Max first agreed to invest in the old club.

It may be a bold statement, but I turn up for our matches and pretty much expect us to not just win, but, win with a comfortable scoreline.. We have a tremendous team and I just can't see how we will suffer another defeat for the rest of the season, unless we literally give the game away.
Does anyone else feel the same ?

With Eynesbury, Oadby and Sileby x 2 to play, no.

I think we had a bit of a wake-up call at both Eynesbury and Oadby that our defence could be quite porous. We've scored in every game to date, but if we let in four or five goals to top of the table teams, we'll struggle to get anything out of a game. Our record against fellow top 4 teams is currently P2 L2. F2 A9

Agree with that, especially considering what happened last time, we are undoubtedly capable of beating any of them, but they can go either way and it depends on what happens on the day and I can't see all the important games going our way, but fingers crossed at least a couple of them go our way, as its a shame that we failed to properly prove ourselves against Oadby and Eynesbury, well scoreline wise anyway.

This is just how I feel when the team runs out. And we have dominated play against our opponents. The teams that were considered 'bottom half' teams have improved, but I still expect us to win the game by several goals. The games we have won, we should have won by 6 or 7 every time.
Saturday will be a good indication, we need to totally dominate the game and be focussed on improving our goal difference.

I'm under the impression they'll open the Alumasc car park for this one, which is capable of accomodating around 300 cars. But i'm fearing this one may also fall foul to the weather, with more snow overnight and BPW reserves was called off on Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch

The match preview has details of both the parking and public transport options. BPW have confirmed the Alumasc Car Park will be available, but as numbers will be controlled they encourage use of the public transport options - Buses 49 and 50 have revised timetables this week, and these are linked from the preview.
