Oadby 4-0 up, stupid Whitworths.
Parkinson's gone off with a head injury, for McBride. Hopefully we haven't got two big defensive injuries from this game. :?

I'm sure it was fairly comfortable, but stressful to listen to with just a 1-0 lead. Very, very happy to get 3 points from that game!

How did Eynesbury get on?
You're knocked out with who I am,
Look at you now, you're all in my hands.

If ever there was a cofortable 1-0 win that was it, but i don't think we deserved anymore, our goal was about the only shot we had on target. Completely different game from last Tuesday night!Everyweeker wrote:I'm sure it was fairly comfortable, but stressful to listen to with just a 1-0 lead. Potton deserve credit. They didn't park the bus as Sileby suggested they might, and whilst they didn't pose us any real threat they were organised and fit. Compare them to Thrapston on Saturday for example (who I thought were absolutely useless) and it's hard to understand why they haven't won a game since September.
Job done regardless. Not that bothered if we win 1-0 or 10-0, just that we win. The striker's weren't really at it tonight like they have been recently, Alfie inparticular wasn't really in the game until the 60th minute or so, and then he was substituted!
Someone have a word with Aaron King about his pre-match 'shooting'. Christ, I enjoy the bants as much as the next man but after dodging ten bullets in the dark it starts to get a bit irritating. Obviously a source of amusement for him until a poor old boy took one plum in the chops.
Nice to see the BBC taking an interest tonight, and a fan near me gave a cracking interview. They said it would be on Look East on Thursday evening so worth keeping an eye out for that.

They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....
