He seems to put in loads more effort than Alfie and is scoring more than Alfie, yet Alfie's getting the start every game? I don't understand why, when him and Jake clearly doesn't work.
I agree, he may not like it, but I think Alfie considering his recent form could benefit from starting on the bench just to keep him on his toes and perhaps fire him up a bit, its a shame he hasn't really been able to find the form he had at the start of the season since he came back from injury, I'd like to think if it hadn't been for that injury he would have been near to 30 goals by now.

But I think the game is a must win for me as well, to go up in this division this year you have to take a lot of points of the other top teams and defeat will mean we'd have to hope for a minor miracle and that Oadby's fixture backlog gets the better of them.

Leicester play the night before, so no excuses for them not turning up! Though I'd be surprised if there's more than 40 or so tbh. Wouldn't like to predict the score really, could go either way, fingers crossed it goes our way this time.

Their team is coming in a mini bus and they also have a 52 seater bringing some fans, we also expect a few more to drive down, so there could be over a 100 of them, and they've promised to not stop singing all game 8-)

Wouldn't surprise me, as they were in full voice against Shitworths a few weeks back.

For me it has to be the same performance as Sileby away. Every player performing well, solid at he back, taking control of midfield and eventually working our way on top. I think if we keep Stevenson quiet we win the game, take our chances we win the game. Defensively I didn't think they were all that at oadby and we showed ourselves that we could more than match them first half. Should have been 3 or 4 up at half time. Need the crowd to give oadby stick from the kick off.

I think we could well exceed 800 tomorrow. Oadby could bring as many as 100. It will be good to actually have and hear some away support. The weather forecast is good, very similar to today. Everything to play for, first Saturday game for ages, holiday weekend, two teams with excellent records in 2013, and we are looking to avenge THAT match.

I am sure that plentiful supplies of beer and burgers will be available.

Only note of caution. Please EVERYBODY behave and lets put the memories at Oadby to rest once and for all.

If they are planning on non stop singing all game we will have to show them what support really is, whiteredandbluearmy at full voice is amazing, we can really be the 12th man tomorrow, even if we go a goal down we need to keep going

Their defence didn't look great at the back, look like they can make mistakes, so with us on their backs and Jake, Alfie or Ben breathing down the necks not giving them a second to think we will get our chances. I'm sure starms will have the boys fired up big time for this one, Tuesdays night poor performance may be a blessing in disguise

I'm going 3:2, which way we will have to see, we just need to believe its going be our day again

Been really looking forward to this one all week. Booked the tine off work, and my Dad's on holiday, so it'll just be me for this one. Catching an early train from Scunthorpe to Doncaster, Doncaster to Sheffield, Sheffield to Leicester, and Leicester to Wellingborough. A long journey, but I'm sure it'll be worth it. It's my first match since Sileby at home, and I think I've just about recovered my voice from then! Come on you Diamonds!!
