They really should let all 4 of us up.Olly wrote:So that was the last game between the top 4 sides wasn't it? And correct me if I'm wrong, but I think half of those games ended in 2-2 draws, it really has been a cracker of a season at the top of the table and it feels great to have been part of such an exciting competition at the top in our first season, I wonder whether the division will ever be that strong and exciting again?

Gutting at the end, I always get the feeling in this league that we're being cheated out of promotion because of the money we bring in and I know that's BBB but with the dodgy stuff that continually happens it's hard not to think like that.
As for the rest of the game, it was dire for 75 minutes and then mental for the rest. Sam's goal has to be a contender for GotS. Anyone know where 6 minutes of injury time was taken from?!
As for the off-field incidents: well done we scored a goal and you went on the pitch! What do you gain from that exactly? What are you going to do once you get on the pitch? F**k all, is the answer to both. In the Football League that's a banning order, so why do it now? Throwing tea at an opposition scorer, you cock. Finally abusing the ref as he's walking up to the changing rooms. What the f**k is it going to achieve now?! The game's ended! He's not going to change his mind, deal with it FFS. It's not the end of the world.
If we do get promoted vs Whitworth please for the love of God don't act like a c**t. Just don't act like a c**t, it's not that difficult!! If the tannoy says something along the lines of 'stay off the pitch until the ref's off' just stay off the pitch. You seriously don't know (or maybe don't care) how much difficulty it causes the volunteers and without those volunteers we would be screwed.

Must say came over to watch game this evening and thought it was a game where both sides wanted to win, thought you guys played it long quite a bit but the 2 times you played some football on the ground you scored 2 good goals. I think great result for us at OADBY as with a minute to go we was out of it. Now it's still not in our hands but we can go 3rd tomorrow.
I actually think all 4 teams in this league would be in the top half of the league above.
Must say about your manager tonight as well gave him stick at start of season, but good substitution tonight and very impressed after game where he shook all players of Eynesbury hand as they walked in and management. Credit where credit due,
Still think there maybe 1 or 2 twists and turns

Who says I'm aiming it at anyone? I'm just having a bit of a rant.
Oh and at Spencer the pitch invasion wouldn't be our problem, at home it is.
