I take it we will be having an 'AFC R & D League' this season? We had 29 teams last year so it would be great to get a few more teams. Can't remember who registered the league but perhaps they could re-register it again?

I would like to do that, if nobody steps up to set it up, I will do it. Is it just for fun, or could would all throw in some cash for a winners pot?
