Think you could be right Rob. Deeping came fifth last year and have strengthened with the four boys from Holbeach so this is a cracking result, especially away from home.

It really sets the tone now, and I expect us to come out the traps on Tuesday.

Everyone played very well except Jamal Clarke and Joe Merill.

Dunks was such a presence. They had two big defenders and he bossed and bullied them. Our little winger was very good in the first half today.

Dunkley was class, I think as time goes on its going to get better when the players start linking up with him better. down the left with brown and fazel we look dangerous going forward. I thought Harris and a good game, normally people don't spot what he does but you could today

Agree with the majority, we had the better chances and bossed the game for a fair amount of the game. Everyone played pretty well, but, Harris did a great job in the middle and Dunkley made the difference up top. It was important to get a win, or indeed, not to lose, and that is what we've got..
3 points is a great start and carries on the momentum of winning league games from last season.
