Nice to have a bit of competition in that position at last :roll: maybe the lazy little sod who has been there for the last 12 months will now get his finger out and put a little effort in :lol:

Alfie's contribution to Séan's goal raises the question about whether he gets an "assist" - I think that a goal, like Matt Gearing's first, that is credited without an assist.

Got nothing to do with who played it :o but can't agree with above as Matt received a 25yd pass between 2 defenders that he didn't have to break stride to go onto. Another way of getting a rough idea of another players contribution if in doubt, look & see where the scorer heads first to celebrate :roll:
