Looking at Google Earth, to acquaint myself with it's location, it really is in a rural location. Appears to owned by the local authority so all credit to them for providing a ground for their local team and easy to access from the A14 and ring road.

It`s very easy to find, very big car park (by UCL standards) but a good turn out from us may fill it in which case only other option is the road. New Club house only been up a few years, not been there for 2 seasons so hopefully something in the way of seats and cover now as then the was a section behind the dugout to stand 50 max and no seats at all. And if the wind blows it`s a bit exposed.

The odd thing I remember about the section behind the dugouts was that the dugouts were embedded within it, making for an odd shape and restricted views.Brownie wrote:It`s very easy to find, very big car park (by UCL standards) but a good turn out from us may fill it in which case only other option is the road. When I was there the seating arrangements were a number of picnic tables in front of the club house along with some plastic chairs. They weren't using any turnstiles for that game either - you paid at a table as you entered the clubhouse.
There wasn't any other cover or seating as I recall, with everybody watching from ground level.
At least the forecast is good for Wednesday.

There is a hedge around most of the pitch as I recall, and 2 small seated stands, as well as a longer covered terrace on one side. Nothing on the other side or behind either goal.

They only moved to this ground in 2003 and appears all grant money was spent on the Club house and changing rooms which are all very nice, not much allocated to supporters comforts when watching games, the ground capacity is shown as 1000 with 35 seated so can only assume from that they have 35 plastic seats at front of the Club house  Another UCL anomaly  when you look at what has been done at the D&D in the last 18 months to conform/comply, then you get a new ground costing 1m+ :?: :?: which has very little  sure Bob is on the case.

So what you're saying is that they'd not pass ground grading for Step 4?
