I can't see us taking 500 to Dunstable, even if it is quite a bit closer than Northwood.

Manager Alex Butler added: “We are in good form, but we now need to be focused and on the top of our game for the big one next Saturday, when arguably the most high profile team in ex-Football League side Rushden & Diamonds come calling in the FA Vase. :D

It's is going to be a very tough game. Afc dunstable are (so far) following their ground sharing rivals in being unbeaten so far in the league.

Very much looking forward to this game, mainly as its very close to me!!!

Can't see 500 either, no coach..

I'll predict around the 300 mark

Does this one go to a replay or is it settled on the day?

From the preview:

"The winners of the tie will host Hoddesdon Town in the second qualifying round on the weekend of 21st September. If scores are level after 90 minutes there will be extra-time, and if the scores are still level after 120 minutes there will be a replay at the Dog & Duck, scheduled for Tuesday September 10th."

Just seems pointless to have extra time and no pens to finish the game, might aswell just end it and replay after the 90 :D

Meh ending it with penalties after one game makes it a bit too 'Johnstone's Paint Trophy' for my liking. I actually prefer that penalties aren't used until AET in the replay, mainly because it's a horrible way to decide a big match.

AFC Dunstable won 4-1 away to Hertford Town after being a goal down at halftime. Seem to be a decent outfit and I guess we may have had them watched tonight.
