Come on Andy, we all know you are partial to a craft Digestive. Unsurprisingly we are going snack shopping before the match, do you want me to bring you anything?

Of course not, straight out the pot after it's mashed for 6 minutes, don't bother with the slice of lemon and no sugar since 1975. ;)Brownie wrote:

glad to see someone saying "mashed" instead of "brewed" when discussing tea. Thought I was the only Northerner on here! Back to the football - remember this is a football site not a tea leaf appreciation society - good luck to the lads tonight. I'll be there for my first visit of the season so I hope our replay winning ways can be maintained.

6 mins is not long enough to allow full infusion (sorry mashing) of Earl Grey you common little urchin, now get back to the scullery and clean those dishes.Trek wrote:Of course not, straight out the pot after it's mashed for 6 minutes, don't bother with the slice of lemon and no sugar since 1975. ;)Brownie wrote:

Is it just me, or can anybody else tell when a post comes from Brownie even without looking at the username?
;)

Couldn`t agree more, last night was all about coffee and After 8 mints  I did offer to run over to Tesco and get a box for the players and officials from Cockfosters but some considered that taking the piss, but then our lads had spent the past 90 mins doing that anyway.supersub wrote:(Tea) Totally off topic me thinks!!!
