Re: England v Poland October 15th
I'd always say keep them on Tuesdays. It's always worth remembering that the England game will be on in the bar anyway. Sitting indoors watching a box and England's awful brand of football vs. going to the D&D to watch some football right in front of you whilst also being able to keep tabs on the England game (if you so wish). It's a no-brainer.

R.I.P Dale. We will never forget you.

It's just that when it comes to some fans who only attend every other game, may choose to stay indoors to watch England. Even more so during this game. I'm with you on the option to watch AFC, but I'm amongst the hardcore fansBob's Bitch wrote:I'd always say keep them on Tuesdays. I agree and this was the main point made by sussexdiamond.TheIncognitoKid wrote: It's just that when it comes to some fans who only attend every other game, may choose to stay indoors to watch England. Even more so during this game.

This is the point, almost all of us on here will go to the game rather than watch England. But is that true of our general fanbase :?:TheIncognitoKid wrote:It's just that when it comes to some fans who only attend every other game, may choose to stay indoors to watch England. Whoever we're playing the priority is to put the strongest team possible on the pitch, not the attendance.

Agreed, but that's a hell of an assumption that the players wouldn't be available because it's a Wednesday night.Three of Diamonds wrote:Whoever we're playing the priority is to put the strongest team possible on the pitch, not the attendance.

I haven't assumed nor implied either Paul. The management will make the right decision and that's good enough for me.Trek wrote:Agreed, but that's a hell of an assumption that the players wouldn't be available because it's a Wednesday night.Three of Diamonds wrote:Whoever we're playing the priority is to put the strongest team possible on the pitch, not the attendance.
