Stotfold were very impressive, although we matched them easily with possession but probably didn't create too much, they were clinical.

I agree that Stotfold are a decent outfit however we seemed to create our own problems as well. Although i buy in to the philsophy of keeping the ball on the deck it is so frustrating watching us pass the ball out fron the back on every goal kick. It is like watching a car crash in slow motion, although the lads are very good with the ball at their feet there is a time when a good hoof is required. I completely understand that they are being taught the 'right' way however IMO you have to mix it up and adapt to your opponents.

ditto the above....sooo many times have I seen our lads put themselves under needless pressure....rightly or rongly,,,when losing give it a hoof and mix it up......when in front..play out from the back thus keeping possession.sorry about the result though :(
