New cover at the D&D

Post by bozzer »

Work was started on the new cover at the D&D yesterday. Massive thanks to the crew that gave up their time. Now all we need is a roof on it!!

Fantastic work guys - well done, looking mighty fine there!!

Sorry I couldn't help yesterday, but will next Sunday if you've got the materials for the roof by then?

If we do ever find a suitable place for a ground, will the stands follow, or stay at the D&D?

We are waiting on some steel today, so that we can finish off the cover, which will extend from close to the hospitality unit down to the away dug out. just the roof to put on then 8-)

Sit on the wall and use the roof as a foot rest.
The sweet shop will be at the far end Dave.

Literally brilliant - we are so lucky to have dedicated, skilled volunteers who can do work like this.
