The F.A are doing one of their consultation excersises again it seems, this time re-organising the Cups in Non League.
The proposal is for step 4 clubs to take part in the Vase instead of Trophy and rumours abound that another F.A Competition will start for Clubs in step 6 and below.
So F.A Trophy steps 1-3, F.A Vase steps 4-5, and new Trophy steps 6 and below.
Northern League clubs not that happy as they dominate the Vase at present with winners for the last 10 seasons.
The F.A sem keen to shake things up again they lost last time with changes to the number of Leagues, but got compensated with stronger ground grading regs ie compulsary floodlights at step 5 and above.
No doubt they will want something in return if they drop this proposal aswell.
