I have only just thawed out, fingers are active again. My brother was wearing 3 pairs of socks and said he couldn't feel his toes. I thought they were a decent team and played a good passing game, but, overall we were deserved winners with a bit more clinical passing. Yaxley would have been happy with a point and probably gutted when Alfie prodded in the 2nd goal.
Bunting and Gearing looked composed and were supported well by the other players, and it was good to see the team play well and win without Dunkley, knowing we have attacking options to cover any injuries or suspensions.
Off to get some Ready Brek... :!:

That must have been the lowest attendance we've been involved in, 175. A host of reasons, being a cold midweek week away game, international match and a stretch of two games per week. Also a former Diamond of view in Andy Furnell for the hosts

Yep, first time our senior side has played a competitive match in front of under 200. Though of course, remember we had hardly any midweek away games last season and all our county/league cup games have been at the D&D so far, I think if we have an away game at someone like Boston Town or Holbeach midweek in February, then there'd be barely 100 there.
