Dave Albon confirmed yesterday afternoon that Jamal would miss the next 4 matches commencing Tuesday evening against S & L. He would be available for selection against Spalding on the 14th December.

You can see the 1+3 suspension detailed on the Northants FA Website - http://www.northamptonshirefa.com/suspensions - searching for our club.

That's a useful link, obviously the definitive place to look for such things. As has been said Jamal has been in very good form recently and is the sort of youngster who can develop and improve as the club does so.

Yeah, I've felt he's unfairly received more stick than credit on here at times this season and while it was a poor sending off last week and at times he can be a bit clumsy in his tackling, I think generally he's had a good start to his career here and has put in some very important performances at the back, hope he stays for a while at the club.

He hasn't totally won we over yet, He has a lot of potential and he could turn into one hell of a player but doesn't matter how young he is but the sending off last week was really poor and was lucky at the end of the day it didn't cost us

A young player can learn from his team mates, his mistakes and from more experienced players.
Jamal will learn a hell of a lot, playing alongside Parky. I think he has improved a great deal since the friendlies and start of the season.

I think if we had a most improved player award now it would surely be Jamal. He's a totally different player na that he's fit from the one we saw at the start if the season.
