I can confirm that Spalding already have the grading for the southern league and hopefully we will be the second club in the UCL Premier to attain it in the next few weeks

I think the grading certificates last for three years so unless some disaster strikes during that time, once a club has it they're ok.
To be pedantic, Spalding have a grading for Step 4, they would almost certainly go into the Northern Premier, rather than Southern League.
