King
Re: King
King's one of our best players, you can clearly see a difference in games where he hasn't been playing. I think it would be a real shame if we lost him because he is a real talent and one of the best in our squad. I know his attitude isn't always right but his will to win is second to none.
Re: King
I would have thought he'd go somewhere where he'd be guaranteed a place in the starting 11 every week after his moaning, is he really going to get that at the team top of the division above, if he couldn't always get it in the UCL?
Shame, quality player for this level, even on his poor days you could see technically he was just that bit better than most UCL players, but its a good move for both parties really considering some of his attitude problems. Certainly won't forget his vital screamers against Oadby and Cambridge, 2 of the best and most important goals ever scored for the club

Re: King
King put some ridiculous things on Twitter last Saturday night which he deleted soon after posting them. There was no way he could stay after that. Brilliant technical player but dreadful mentality, and unless that changes when he grows up a bit he'll spend his career drifting from club to club.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Re: King
King started today for The Valley in a drab 0-0 draw against Dunstable Town. Now listed on their OWS.

I wonder if he has got an undertaking that he will start in every match? Otherwise he won't last long with his poor attitude which in my book far outweighs his undoubted technical ability. Time will tell.

Re: King
Much rather have Henderson in there with his work rate and aerial ability, which can be done now with the signing of Walker who had a solid debut todayFOOTYMAN wrote:The club and team is better without him.

Re: King
Joins Bully Adams at Bedford Town, following his older brother Neil who signed the other week.
"Adams was delighted with the signing, stating: “Aaron has a good pedigree and I am looking forward to working with him. He has been spoken to by other clubs and it is great that he wants to come to Bedford.
“He has had a couple of disjointed seasons. The time has come for him to settle down and enjoy playing his football at a good club where we know he will play his best football.”
How long will he last there I wonder?
