Main Stadium pitch I assume, as judging by the recent photo of Pitch 2 that was posted up on twitter a couple of weeks ago this area is very overgrown and resembles a jungle.

The costs of getting Nene Park up to standard will be far far larger than the amount they'd receive for holding Weetabix League Cup Finals. There's got to be more to this.

I was thinking the same thing, How long are Coventry at sixfields for?BartonRaz wrote:The costs of getting Nene Park up to standard will be far far larger than the amount they'd receive for holding Weetabix League Cup Finals. There's got to be more to this.

I thought similar when I looked around there a couple of weeks ago. The only possible tenants I can see are Coventry (obvious) or possibly Northampton, if their redevelopment means Sixfields can't be used? Or maybe it will be used as a training facility?BartonRaz wrote:The costs of getting Nene Park up to standard will be far far larger than the amount they'd receive for holding Weetabix League Cup Finals. Lowest ever 'home' league attendance for Coventry last evening with just over 1600 there so they must be losing money hand over fist by renting Sixfields.

Nene Park would be the ideal venue for Conference football, so expect to see Mr Cardoza and Mr Wilder there soon.
The appointment of Wilder was surely part of the planning for next season as he has Conference experience.

Big development planned for the land next to the Ground and NHS centre.

South stand is being electrically tested and inspected probably for safety certificate for Weetabix finals, seems a lot of money for just that so what else are they hoping for , also i have been told of people moaning at the car boot today for paying for parking in the hospital car park, they should contact East Northants Dc i think

Change of use notice posted outside the ground this morning, also note of development on the far end of the car park and Pitch 2.
