Well, at least the dates of FA Competitions ;)
I believe we do not have to worry about the Vase until the 2nd Round Proper, which is excellent news and should help relieve some fixture congestion should we progress in the FA Cup.

Looks like we'll be in Cup action on Saturday August 16th, I would guess that means a first league fixture on Saturday August 9th.

Re: Fixtures Released...
A little while back Peterborough Sports put something on the UCL Facebook Page suggesting that they thought the UCL was going to start on the weekend of 1st/2nd/3rd August - so I started panicing as i'm away until the 6th!
There's a UCL Groundhop planned by Groundhop UK for the first weekend of the UCL season (Peterborough Sports are part of it) and i'm guessing a date for that must have been discussed with the UCL and the clubs involved so that people can plan ahead for it and fixtures can be arranged accordingly to suit the hosting clubs.

The clubs involved in the groundhop will indeed all kick off on 1st/2nd/3rd August, and the teams (home and away) have already been decided. The rest of the league (us included) will kick off on 9th August.BartonRaz wrote:A little while back Peterborough Sports put something on the UCL Facebook Page suggesting that they thought the UCL was going to start on the weekend of 1st/2nd/3rd August - so I started panicing as i'm away until the 6th!

The UCL have decided then to concentrate the groundhop in the normally deserted grounds have they?davealbon wrote:The clubs involved in the groundhop will indeed all kick off on 1st/2nd/3rd August, and the teams (home and away) have already been decided.
