Ben Morgan very good player, when he played he scored!

Would have put him in over Alfie Taylor the whole of last season, would have scored more goals through work rate.

Put yourself in his shoes you've scored 20+ goals so far in a season including ones against Dover and Cambridge City and suddenly you're being told if you want a game you have to play U21's.Wouldn't you be a bit hacked off?

Interesting that when Russell Dunkley was out injured he came straight back into the starting XI sporting what can only be described as fairly noticable beer belly (I'm fully aware I own one as well before anyone pipes up btw).Was he not asked to go play in the U21's to get his fitness back up and find some form? I doubt it. One rule for one, one rule for another it would seem.

So please stop bemoaning "what if" or "if only" when it comes to Alfie Taylor! Instead look at what he did do for the club and how much he cared each time he pulled on a shirt.

Perhaps some people at the club should look at themselves and say "if only" we'd handled the situation a bit better with regards his exit from the club. I for one think he deserved a lot better than what he got and what he is getting from some people on this forum. Why wasn't he at the presentation evening for starters? Lots of questions about the whole situation I doubt we'll never get answers for.

Anyway a few decent signings have been made so it's onwards and upwards, promotion is a must next season I feel.

Back to the original topic, all the best to Ben at his next club, our loss is his new clubs HUGE gain![/quote]
