For anyone going to the game & coming down the A6 you will need to go either up through Brickhill and out onto the bypass or Oakley, Bromham & Kempston to said bypass. You will not be able to go through the Town as it's the river festival and roads will either be shut or blocked. Brickhill is possibly best option, pick up bypass by Elms Farm Industrial Estate.

Good shout Andy, Bedford will be manic !!!!

Not sure I'll make this as I'm due to be in Norfolk, going to miss so much early season football this year :(

Will make this after all - change of plans :)

So, lazy day with as few chores as possible, football then an evening visit to the River Festival (which is highly recommended if you like pricy beer , expensive food and lots of people)!! Looking like a good day :)

Another good run out from the team who deserved the win overall. Started with Ling in the centre of midfield, Ashton at left back and Henderson at right. Jamal picked up an injury at the end of the first where he had to be withdrawn. If I was a Bedford Town supporter id be very concerned entering the new season having been outplayed at home to a team from a league below, where some of their players looked below the standard required
