Good precautionary move from the club. Protects one of our major assets & sends a statement to those higher up the pyramid. Can't wait for Saturday!

Excellent news! Even when he has an off day he just gives us something extra that no one else in the side can. And as others have said, he is looking much fitter than this time last year. Glad I'm not a Sleaford defender!

Great news, I think it needed to be done to protect one of our best assets.

Speaking of protecting assets, after his form in the last 18 months I'd like to see Matty Gearing get a contract if there's any danger of losing him.

I don't get contracts at this level. Does it mean for example, if Chelsea wanted him, they'd have to pay money for him??
