Oxford Match Report

Post by Rushdenjim »

Usual stuff, bias toward them, expected nothing less on their site until i came across this
Deering's shot hung in the Northamptonshire air before flopping softly into the goal to make it 1-1. The Oxford fans in the Phil Turner Memorial stand lifted the roof and their side...

Its now changed!
The Oxford fans in the Phil Trainer Memorial stand lifted the roof and lifted their side who started to open up and play with freedom.
and Phil Trainer, who it links to on their website... is a guy currently playing for AFC Telford! Born in 1981...

I don't know why I remember this, but Phil Trainer sliced an absolute shocker of a free-kick into the AirWair in the 5-0 game

Edit:

Yea that was a good strike after a decent run. I thought he looked a decent player for them that day, then they got rid of him shortly afterwards! :o
