In fact that reminds me, if anyone is able to do some match reports it would be most helpful we have a rota of a few people so you'd only have to do a few if you can spare the time.

I've corrected the details on Adam's behalf.

If anyone is able to assist with match reports that would be really helpful - to aid the new group of reporters we've prepared quite a few notes / hints & tips, which should make it easier to get involved.

I've started doing match reports this season for the first time when I'm not on Radio Diamonds and it's a great way of getting involved.

Jotting down all the incidents and then picking out what turn out to be the key ones as you go along helps you build up what will be the body of your report. It's then down to your own writing style and it's great to be able to reflect what you think were the key themes of the game.

You do need to get the times of goals, substitutions, yellow cards etc. as they feed into a number of statistics. Opposition player names can be tricky if you don't get a teamsheet, but the programme and the UCL/FA website are great sources of information and there are always people around to help.

I'd really recommend having a go at reporting. I'm back on it tonight at Burton and on Saturday vs Sileby so see how I do!!
